Mr. Adeleke graduated in Managerial Finance in 1984 from the University of Mississippi, United States of America (USA), and obtained the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA, in 1985. He started his banking career at Wema Bank Plc in 1986 and later worked at the capital issues and Investment BankMr. Adeleke graduated in Managerial Finance in 1984 from the university of Mississippi, United States of America (USA), and obtained the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA, in 1985. He started his banking career at wema Bank Plc in 1986 and later worked at the capital issues and investment Banking divisions of Icon Limited (Merchants bankers), and Chartered Bank Limited. He was appointed Head of Investments at Equatorial Trust Bank Limited in 1991, and joined classic Home savings and Loans Limited as the pioneer Managing Directors in 1993.

In 1996, Mr. Adeleke resigned his appointment to pursue further studies at the London School of Economics, United Kingdom and was until his appointment as General Manager, Corporate Finance Division of Ibile Holdings Limited in March 2001, a senior Housing and investment Manager with SHP of the London Borough of Camden, United Kingdom. He was the managing Director of Enterprise and Financial Support Company Limited (EFSCL) until January 2004 when he became the acting Group Managing Director of Ibile Holdings Limited, the position he held till 2007.
